Join The Salvation Army Harrisburg and the Afterschool Alliance to celebrate the importance of afterschool programs on Thursday, October 24! 

Lights On Afterschool!

In communities today, 7.7 million children are on their own after school. Afterschool programs keep kids safe, inspire them to learn, and help working families. Programs give young people opportunities to connect, explore, and realize their full potential. Join us, along with 8,000+ afterschool programs nationwide, in celebrating afterschool programs. We think every child who wants opportunities to learn and grow after school should have one. As a valued community partner, we welcome you to celebrate and share with us as we come together in recognition of the importance of out-of-school time programming!

What: Trunk or Treat, Interactive Read Aloud, Book Giveaway, Soccer for Success, Dinner

When: Thursday, October 24^th from 4:15-6:15 P.M.
